1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (https://omarlankatours.com) or booking private tour packages, airport transfers, or vehicle hire with Omar Lanka Tours, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Bookings & Reservations

All reservations are confirmed once agreed via our official inquiry form, email, or WhatsApp concierge. While no full upfront deposit is required for preliminary vehicle holds, advance payment or a reasonable commitment deposit may be required during peak tourism seasons (December–April) to secure exclusive fleet assignments.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 7+ Days Prior: Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to your service date receive a 100% full refund.
• Within 7 Days: Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may incur a 20% administrative and preliminary reservation fee.
• Flight Delays & Rescheduling: In the event of airline flight delays or rescheduled arrivals, airport transfers are automatically adjusted at no extra charge when flight numbers are provided.

4. Driver & Vehicle Services

All vehicle rentals include a vetted, licensed, English-speaking professional driver. Daily driving hours and safety limits conform to Sri Lankan road safety regulations. Driver meals and accommodation are managed seamlessly as part of multi-day tour package agreements.

5. Passenger Safety & Insurance

All vehicles in our fleet carry comprehensive commercial passenger insurance as mandated under Sri Lankan tourism transport guidelines. Travelers are nonetheless encouraged to hold standard international travel and medical insurance for personal activities.
